Cannabis Consumers Coalition: 2017 Report on Cannabis Consumer Demographics and Consumption Habits
The Cannabis Consumers Coalition has published our inaugural Cannabis Consumer Demographics and Behavioral Report. The report provides a look into Cannabis consumer behavior, such as frequency of use, preferred consumption methods and monthly cannabis spend. Demographic data shows that there more female Cannabis consumers and that the majority of consumers are professional adults. We also included a section on edibles with to better help manufacturers and lawmakers better understand consumer needs.
With the assistance of the following organizations, we reached out to 537 Cannabis consumers from all over the United States to obtain data directly from the source to better assist lawmakers and businesses to make accurate decisions to provide the highest quality of service. We teamed up with the following organizations who helped us gather data by generously sending our survey through their networks:

Medical Cannabis Policy in Maryland: Proposed Number of Cannabis Grow Licenses in Maryland will Not Meet Demand
Report prepared for the new medical cannabis program in Maryland recommending the state to issue 10 more cultivation licenses at the same time to meet consumer demand. We expect many patients to register with the the state at the roll-out of the program and want to ensure that patients do not go to the black market when there is a safe and regulated market from which to procure medical grade cannabis.
